Reflection
Comparing yourself with others can make you forget something important: God created you in a way that is one of a kind. Your personality, your abilities and even the areas where you are still growing are part of your story. You are not an accident. There is intention and purpose in the way God decided to create you.
David wrote these words in a moment of deep reflection. He was not talking about other people, but about himself. He recognized that his life was not an accident, that God had formed him with intention and care.
Back then, just as it happens today, it was easy to compare. There were people who seemed stronger, more capable or more sure of themselves. But David understood a truth that changed the way he saw himself: God does nothing by accident.
Every detail of his life had a purpose.
Sometimes we look at what we do not have, at what is hard for us, or at what we would like to change. Without noticing, we begin to think there is something wrong with us.
But this verse reminds us of an important truth: God does not make mistakes when He creates.
He did not make a wrong version of you. He did not forget to give you anything that mattered. The way you are, the way you think, and even the things you are still learning are part of God's care in your life.
Even if you do not understand everything yet, you can trust this truth: God made something good when He created you.
