Just as each of us has one body with many members, and not all members have the same function, so in Christ we who are many are one body, and each member belongs to one another.

Reflection
Not everyone thinks, learns or expresses themselves the same way, and that is part of the beauty of God's creation. Differences are not always weaknesses. Very often they can become strengths when you learn to accept yourself, to grow and to develop what God placed in your life in a special way.
Temple Grandin saw the world differently from the time she was a child. While other people learned or communicated in certain ways, she processed many things differently. For years, some people thought those differences would be a problem for her future. Over time, though, Temple discovered that the very thing that made her different also let her understand the world and develop unique ideas.
Instead of trying to become someone else, she learned to develop her own strengths and to use her special way of thinking to help other people.
Sometimes we feel pressure to fit in and be like everyone else. But God did not create identical people.
There are talents, sensitivities and ways of seeing life that are also part of each person's purpose.
What is different does not always have to be hidden. Very often it needs to be developed and pointed in the right direction.
God can use even what makes you feel different today to bring help to others, to do good and to fulfill a purpose.
